First time in Helen’s beautiful Relaxation Studio and won’t be the last. Helen was so thorough in my pre massage assessment and therefore able to tailor the experience to exactly what my body needed. Left feeling both pampered and restored.

Relaxation Studio
The relaxation studio is a lovely calm space. Helen took time to listen my wellbeing concerns and following the deep tissue massage much of the pain was relieved within a few days.
