Great little shop, I have been going there since I was 11 years old, triggered my interest in keeping reptiles. Very helpful to the local reptile keeping community as a first port of call.

Takes your money, then when your out if the shop he runs you down to other customers. Not very good stock of items like decoration and stats etc. He does you a deal on price of frozen food and then adds it onto the price of other items. I wouldn't trust this guy as far as I could throw him. I used to get all my frozen rats and mice from him along with live food and other items, even bought a couple of snakes from him and then found out what he used to say about me and my wife. He is a nasty piece of work and 2 faced. My recommendation is to avoid this shop, there are other shops in the area that are much better.

Absolutely disgusting attitude from this idiot, asked him for locusts 3 times then he shouted at us because he doesn't seem to grasp basic conversion, he had no idea about the spiders he keeps and I have heard a few people's feed back of him slagging his customers off, I would avoid this place at all costs and I will tell everyone I know the same thing.

The shop is full of really beautiful animals. the staff are always friendly and helpful. I'd been looking for a certain fish to add to my 5ft tank for a long time & got given one by the man that works there. although its usually an expensive fish he had just been given it & don't have a tank big enough so he just gave it away to me. I think this shows he is more concerned about the health and well being of the animals than making a profit which is unfortunately not the case in other pet stores! I always get useful information and tips here and the staff are always happy to help no matter how silly the question you ask may sound :) thank you very much I'll be back!

Absolutely amazing shop really recommended it to anyone who's looking for a reptile very helpful and puts other shops to shame
