I have visited Soumen over the last 12 months for 2 different back issues. Soumen is thorough in his approach to examination which ensures he fully understands my issue. Once completed and agreed he set to work to resolve my pain safely. The relief was almost immediate and I am then left with appropriate stretches and exercises before my next visit which also aid my recovery. I am happy to recommend Soumen and I am pleased that should I injure myself again, he is there to help me and share his extensive knowledge.

Soumen is very professional, making sure you are at ease by explaining the whole process and what to expect. I found his treatments very beneficial and would definitely recommend his services! Soumen is clearly very experienced in medicine and provided a good explanation of issues and helpful exercises to do at home.

I saw Soumen on the recommendation of a friend for a broken toe that was still causing me problems after six months. I was quite concerned but he was so knowledgeable and reassuring and explained what had happened during the break itself and the subsequent healing process. He worked on the area and after three sessions I could feel a big difference. He gave me exercises to do which really helped. He gave me the confidence to start using my foot again without worrying and I'm happy to report that I'm back in the gym! Thank you Soumen.

I am so grateful to Soumen for helping me after I threw my back out. After essentially a week of not being able to move, with the NHS giving me codeine and a recommendation to start physio (which didn't help at all, as I was so snarled up I was unable to do any exercises), I went to Soumen and within 24 hours I was walking with relative ease. He is incredibly skilled, knowledgable, thoughtful, informative, compassionate and an extremely safe pair of hands who I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thank you for all your work!

I would 100% recommend Dr Basak. Extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and kind, he's helped me to recover after badly throwing my back out. I went from being unable to stand straight, to doing Yoga stretches and getting back to normal very quickly. So glad to have discovered his practice, I feel in very safe hands. Highly recommended!
