Spin N Drum

Problem reported by me on Monday and washing machine was diagnosed and fixed by Thursday. I am very pleased to have a working appliance again.Have called a few times. Chap often sounds busy at first but he'll spend the time you need on the phone and he's a friendly guy in person.Would definitely use again.

A very knowledgeable, helpful man who is very reasonable with costs. Had a washing machine delivered and old one taken away all on same day. Couldn't ask for better service

Great service! I'd put off calling anyone about fixing my dryer as I thought it would be a faff, but Spin n Drum was recommended so thought I'd give them a ring! Came out the next day, fixed it immediately and was very reasonably priced. Thanks a lot!

Brought a washing machine at a very good price, they deliverd installed and took my old one away in the same day as buying it. Staff are so helpfull down to earth and the 6 months warranty aint to bad either. I can say i am one happy customer who will definitely be using again.

10 pound for a call out and he sorted my dryer pump.If things need replacing he will order it and will fix it. Cheapest and reliable and comes on time.Decent workmanship and has good knowledge of how these things work.

Dreadful customer service! Visited location two days in a row before 5pm which is advertised as the closing time and while the shutter was open, lights inside on and an open sign in the window the door was locked and no person responded to a Ring Video system.On the first visit I left after about 10 minutes and returned about 20 minutes later. After ringing several times a person answered and informed me he was not available requesting I come back the following day in the evening. I returned the following day and the situation was the same except this time the ring was not answered but kept being disconnected.Consider the above information before visiting this business.

Called to enquire if they did washing machine repairs - they do. He told me it was a £10 call out fee which I thought was very reasonable anyway but then proceeded to troubleshoot the problem over the phone with me and gave me some simple instructions so I could fix the problem myself.Clearly knows his stuff and I would definitely use in future!

This guy is amazing, I love down to earth shop owners and really appreciate this guys friendliness, integrity and customer care.Bought a drier which unfortunately developed a problem and he exchanged it no messing for a newer one, very apologetic and really blessed me with a lovely Samsung drier, it's been running brilliant for over a year and we love it..... Buying another from here and I personally highly recommend spin and drum. Lovely run business by a fantastic owner who works damn hard .. Thankyou

Outstanding service in all aspects. Impartial advice, no heavy sales talk, no pressure. Reconditioned washing machine (with 6 months warranty) delivered and installed by friendly and helpful staff and at a time that suited us. Highly recommended.Update - outstanding again. Our product malfunctioned (it does happen as we all know). It was still under Spin and Drum's warranty. One phone call, a prompt 15 min visit to our home when he said, polite and showed us exactly what had gone wrong and what he'd replaced. Faultless. A++++
