*Highly Recommend!* I can’t say how helpful John Charcoal was in supporting us as an expat and UK resident to acquire a mortgage. Kevin was amazing from our first conversation and the continued support throughout our journey to buying a house. He was patient explaining how mortgages worked and found the perfect mortgage that suited our needs with a reasonable deposit for an expat. Once we had begun the process of buying the house Jenny was fantastic at keeping us informed and ensuring all our documents from both countries were correct. But is doesn’t stop there, they continue to support after your mortgage is complete through setting up life insurance, connecting you with people to help with changes of council forms, electricity, internet, etc… and will be in contact after a number of years to see if we are happy with our mortgage to continue or if we want to remortgage, to see if there could be a better plan for us. I cannot thank Kevin and Jenny for the amount of stress they took off our shoulders as there was more to buying a house than we thought.
