Great personal and professional service from James. He recently serviced 3 watches for us. A Tagheuer, Longines and Omega. All came back looking like new. Very reasonable price and ready for collection earlier than expected. From first point of contact with James, to collecting our watches, it was a seamless and hassle free experience….thank you to James and team. We would thoroughly recommend to everyone.

Very professional service when I sent my Breitling to Stu and the crew for a repair and full service. Good correspondence at all times and the price quoted was the price paid! No hidden extras and a fair price for a quality job. I received my watch back promptly and I couldn’t be happier. It looks great now and keeps perfect time and is guaranteed for two years! Great service, great price, great person (James).I dropped my manual wind 1960's Omega and it stopped running. Within 15 mins James had fixed it, showed me through his eyeglasses why (without hard selling me at all) my watch could benefit from servicing. (Perhaps I'll treat myself after Xmas)They also fitted a new battery to quartz watch I had brought along.It was a pleasure to watch James perform the work and their workspace is interesting.They are clearly very skilled, personable and *affordable*. I would have no need to look anywhere else for watch work.They are by appointment only to the public as most of their work is with shops (business to business clients).James said their website is ready to go live but they won't put it up because they have plenty of work as it is. ✅

So I have an 8 year old Omega Seamaster, in need of a service but I needed it to be a reasonable price. Time E4 service were recommended by a Bristol Co who no longer do Omega, but I still felt more than a little uneasy sending my beloved (anniversary present) watch away for service. Stu was very reassuring and helpful on the 'phone, and by email. Instructions for getting the watch to them were clear (post) as were how to pack"

I took my 25 year old Breitling Aerospace in for a check up and new battery. Stu and the team did a superb job. I was lucky enough to have a look at their workshop which resembles a laboratory. All sorts of tools and gadgets available to service the watches, precise and impeccably clean. The watch came back in very good time and I really can’t fault the service. If you need your precious timepiece taken care of then these are definitely the people to trust it with.

Did a watch strap replacement whilst I waited. Also they checked a 1966 Omega watch I recently bought, checked the movement and gave me some good advice !Very experienced and knowledgeable. I will definitely get my watches serviced here in future.
