100% recommend plumb doctor absolute life saver! Called plumb doctor after days without heating and hot water looked at by other plumbers and engineers unable to fix it suggesting it was a problem that would cost £500+ to fix. James responded and came round straight away out of hours, had an idea what the problem was, not only fixed it but stayed until it had ran long enough to make sure I had hot water! Excellent service. Couldn’t have been more friendly, reassuring and professional. Would use again in an instant! Thank you!

Brilliant service, they come quickly after been contacted and turned up when they said they were going to, lovely people who worked for us and fitted a new radiator and valves fast. Before leaving made sure I was happy with the radiator and made sure that if there are any problems they would come straight back to have a lookThank you!!

Quick and efficient service to replace an outside tap and repair the pipe work. I only text them yesterday and they were here today to fix the issue. It’s refreshing to find tradesmen that turn up when they say they will and complete the repair on the same day. Highly recommend!

Beware of this absolute scumbag criminal. I STUPIDLY paid him upfront. He didn't turn up to do the work despite daily saying he woukd for almost 2 weeks and knowing our tight deadline. Luckily I scrambled to get another plumber to do the work. I called James to tell him that I've had to get someone else to do the work to meet the deadline for the job. I politely asked him to return my money and key. For 4 days now he hasn't answered my calls, messages and not answering the door when I go to his house.Other plumbers I've spoke to about him hnave had similar stories and believe that his 5* reviews must be fake.AVOID THIS GUY.

Messaged on Wednesday evening and offered an appointment for Monday. Received a message on Thursday to say they had a cancellation and could come in the next couple of hours. Excellent service and communication. Reasonably priced. Friendly engineer.

What a fabulous job James and Andy did. Diagnosed the problem really quickly, fantastic repair job, super quick and what a reasonable price too. Cannot recommend this company enough. Grand job.
