From initial enquiry to completing the job, communication was brilliant from start to finish. Craig and Brandon arrived, unpacked machinery and didn't stop until the job was complete. First class service from start to finish. Roof cleaned and all moss was cleaned up and taken away. Fascia's, windows, gutters and doors were all cleaned prior to leaving. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend H2O Soft Cleaning and very reasonably priced too.

Very poor experience, damaged my property, also leaks inside home, and left lots of mess behind to clear. Didnt want to know of complaints and overly aggressive for payment. Most regretful.

Great service and very prompt in responding to emails and calls and kept me informed throughout. Prompt service and did a fantastic job removing moss from my roof and it now looks brand new. Picked up all the debris and left everything very clean and tidy. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and will use this company again when the inevitable moss returns in the future but hopefully that won’t be necessary for a few years as they have treated my roof with a bio seal to combat future moss growth.

First Class Service!!Booked in for our roof to be cleaned as it was full of moss and looked awful.From the moment the guys arrived they didn't stop until the job was finished.Both professional, polite and very respectful of our property.Wow....the roof looks like new, and the outside of my house was left absolutely spotless.My windows and frames were gleaming!!Would highly recommend this company.

I booked this company after reading the reviews online. We agreed a day for my roof cleaning to be done and I took the day off work. The 2 guys from the company arrived early, however their machinery was not working. I was told that they would not be able to swap this for another machine they had in time for the work to be completed on that day. I spoke with a lady in the office and the job was re-scheduled for a few days later. I took another day off work for this, however nobody turned up on the day and nobody contacted me to tell me they would not be coming. I called the company number and left a voicemail and nobody had the courtesy to get back to me.

Wow, absolutely first class service. Very quick response to my price enquiry, and the most competitive. Seamless booking system. Craig and Ethan did a fantastic job of cleaning/treating my roof. They cleaned all of the gutters/fascias, upvc, windows and even jet washed the path at the front of my house. All the moss and rubbish was cleared away after they'd finished. My roof looks like new.
