The engineers left and didn't reconnect the water for almost all of my house, leaving us unable to use either bathroom. No response over the weekend, forcing us to call a plumber at v short notice despite having plans

Had a problem with our gas boiler that was under warranty. Contacted the manufacturer and they sent out an engineer from Norton. On time. Professional. Definitely use again. Nice one!
