Jemma looked after our two whippets (2.5 years old Enzo and 5 month old Mav) during our wedding, and brought them to the wedding for guest meet&greet, photos, and ring bearing duties. In the lead up to the wedding, she took a lot of time to get to know them, and made extra effort due to Mav being so young - including scheduling an extra meeting a week before the wedding to make sure Mav was ready. In addition to this, Enzo is a nervous and sensitive boy, which meant we were a bit worried about how he would cope with the wedding and staying away from home. However, Jemma took time to carefully build a relationship of trust and confidence with Enzo, and by the end of this, he really trusted and enjoyed seeing Jemma (which was a joy to see as he can be so worried), this greatly reassured our worries about him in the lead up to our big day.I am really glad we used Jemmas service for the wedding, she was accommodating of our needs, and shared her expertise in dog care with us at various stages of the process to help settle our boys. She was brilliant on the wedding date itself - we wouldn't change a thing about the service, and would highly recommend it. On the day, she took the boys to a safe enclosure dog park so they could run-off excess energy before the wedding,and then bathed them so they smelled incredible during the wedding! Jemma arrived promptly at the venue, and helped us achieve everything we wanted out of our big day including photos and nice moments for each of us with the pups, all whilst making sure our puppers were happy and settled.The cherry on the cake is that Jemma is a lovely person to chat with and spend time with during familiarisation sessions!Thanks so much for all your hard work Jemma, you are a joy to work with!
