GRF Building and Plastering

From our first meeting with Geoff communication was always good with quick responses to any questions. GRF replaced our roofing felt and completely rendered the front of our house and firewalls. All work was completed quickly, on time and to a high standard. Even with removing all the old render everything was kept clean and tidy throughout the work and there was minimal disruption. The whole team were great and we would definitely recommend this business.

Easily the best experience I have ever had with builders / contractors. Competitively priced but a premium experience. This was a big job and Geoff and team couldn't have been more accommodating, communicated well and more importantly did what they said they would - on time, on budget. Great guy, very honest, helpful, communicative and a great team, couldn't recommend more. Delighted with the end result.

End of terrace solid wall hack off and re-render, superb job and good value. The guys worked very hard and keeping the site clean at all times. Geoff and his team are by far the BEST team i have ever worked with. a man of his word, he's clear and honest about the work, from visiting, quoting and delivering a high standard. his network of tradesman is endless, and he can find a way of completing a task, even if its beyond his means. which shows a level of trust and respect Geoff has within the industry.His customer service, in making sure that all parties involved are looked after, especially when their are neighbours who are sensitive and need to be approached with a level of care.. Geoff and the team are clean and tidy, and work hard. efficiency is key with his team. they truly go above and beyond.We had a water regress in our shop, and I was reassured that they would do all they can to find it and fix it. when the water kept coming through, Geoff persisted until the situation was fixed. I honestly wouldn't have anyone else do the work at my shop, or at my home. he is worth every penny we have spent and highly recommend him to anyone. but get in quick, as he's booked up months in advance, which proved that he's exceptional at what he does.

I would highly recommend GRF. Geoff himself was extremely professional and great at communicating what was happening with the building works, what they were doing, and why (there was an element of exploratory work involved). He was very responsive to any questions I had at any time of day. His team were also extremely professional, keeping the area clean and tidy at the end of the day, and again extremely polite and communicative with any questions I had.Most importantly I’m really happy with the end result. My house looks great!

Geoff and his team completely re-rendered the front of our home and also re-rendered our front chimney with roof repairs. They were exceptionally respectful, clean and tidy. The quality of the work is fantastic, we keep catching people stopping by to have a look at the workmanship. His updates were brilliant and the communication was always beyond expectations. Using him again next year for the back of the house and would recommend him to anyone!

Geoff and his team managed to successfully solve a long standing issue with the Victorian property I live in. Geoff and his team did a superb job re-rendering part of the front of our house which solved the water penetration problem we had. They were very professional, punctual, clean and tidy.

They were extremely efficient and tidy throughout. Ensuring the disruption was kept to a minimum. The quality of the finish is excellent and I have no reservation in recommending them to anyone.
