Amazing lovely place full of lovely people willing to help pre pandemic then sadly due to the pandemic it's just not the same place anymore I've struggled with the loss of my dad and I'm still a full-time carer my partner is doing OK but still would of been nice to of had the support and I'm struggling with the loss of my grandparents who are at end of life I've not heard a thing from carers centre all my support stopped !!!!!

They did a referal behind my back and without my permission. They also phoned my child’s school without my permission and behind my back. I put a compliant in but Tom McMurdo is not responding. It is our legal right to be able to use the complaints proceedure with out them being obstructive . But they do not put the formal complaints through the complaints procedure obstructing justice. They don’t think Data Protection applies to their organisation. It was Danielle Galbraith who broke Data protection but the people above her won’t process the formal compliant .

I popped in to find out more about the centre. I was amazed at the professional caring approach the volunteers have. I felt safe and comfortable both physically and mentally. Thank you Beaver Brooks and the volunteers. X
