Been with Netcetera at least 15 years and would not consider anyone else. The customer service is outstanding and the uptime on all my domains is better than 99.9% - price is great too - no one could ever tempt me away these are the go too guys. Again a big problem for me solved in under the hour, outstanding service.

Whew, Netcetera has had to deal with a barrage of support requests from me over the last week, after my removal of a redundant service caused all sorts of knock-on effects.Happily, all are now resolved after round-the-clock assistance.

Very very poor service, issues take far too long to get resolved with the slow ticket system. Can't get anyone person at Netcetra to take any ownership and help. My website has been down for 4 days now and I'm told I'm on the priority list to get it up again, meanwhile it's costing me valuable business. They just don't have any customer understanding or care at all.

I've been a client for years running various sites and have found Netcetera to be steady and dependable. Overall very helpful on the technical front. Some personnel can overestimate your technical knowledge but always help you to solve whatever query you have.I would certainly recommend them.
