Went there for the first time yesterday, staff are very friendly and professional, I am in love with my nails it’s a shame I live far from them but I will definitely go back any chance I get

I went to get my nails done and was excited, I showed up and the lady asked me what nails I wanted I showed her and she looked worried and went and asked someone something then came back and said the nails would be £50 I said okay and she started to do them they was rushed and they looked nothing like the picture, you are the professional I am not so you are meant to know how to do the nails I want, they are short and stubby they look awful, also they don’t take card in this day and age is stupid they told me I need to leave my phone to go get the money out my account I didn’t but still came back and paid them. Absolutely disgraceful and unprofessional this place is

Always do a brilliant job with the nails. It's a shame that it's such a cattle market, and impersonal. The waiting times can be ridiculous depending what time of day you visit. But love the nails.

Nice enough. Good job. I feel they rush a little and have not customer service skills. Not friendly atmosphere- however the nail art and work they do is 10/10!!One thing I do critique is they file your healthy nail to help the product stick but all this does is cause brittle nails that require re doing

I think the customer service is lacking in this place great job with the nails most of the time though sometimes they will rush if buisy and I don't think the eyebrow waxing for is great

Reasonable prices and they do a good job. Just walk in, and might have to wait to have them done. Seems very popular
