Drift Bridge Honda Gatwick

Dan and Darren are excellent Sales professionals and this will be my second Honda chosen with their help. There are dealerships far closer to me, so why do I go out of my way to Gatwick; speaks to their style, integrity and way of doing business

I travelled out of my area to buy a car from Drift Bridge. My first contact by telephone was really helpful and set the scene for a first class experience.I was greeted as soon as I entered the showroom by a friendly smile and efficient manner which was replicated for the whole transaction. A definite class above other dealerships for their welcome and service and well worth every mile travelled to get there.

My Honda Jazz experience:We were specifically searching for cars with Apple CarPlay and a rear camera, with immediate availability being crucial. All other features were secondary. I found a used 2022 Honda Jazz at this dealer that fulfilled all our requirements.However, upon receiving the car, two immediate issues became evident:1- Apple CarPlay in the Honda Jazz has significant trouble with Google Maps, causing a lag in location. Google Maps is our preferred app within Apple CarPlay. The dealer attributed the issue to Google Maps and refused to take the car back, recommending Apple Maps or Waze, which don't match Google Maps in terms of POI data and usability.2- Every time the brake pedal is pressed, it emits a clicking sound. They insisted it's not a fault and is common in all brand new cars.They've saddled us with a problematic car that doesn't meet our expectations, constantly irritating us with the clicking sound, and putting us in potentially dangerous situations due to the lagging navigation. Imagine being stuck with a car that disappoints you continually, and there's no way out. To be fair, I increased my rating to 3 from 1, but that's as far as I'll go, given their lack of concern for customer satisfaction.

Collected a used Honda CRV from Crawley last week. Jake who sold the car to us was really helpful and friendly from our initial test drive to part- exchange to collection. Car in lovely condition and all our questions answered and requests met. Very happy with the car and service we received. Thank you.

Honda service is excellent. Friendly staff and a comfortable wait if you wish to stay around. You also get a video sent to your phone of what has been done to your car and information on things that are urgent to be done or coming up.very clear. Service plans are a good thing as it saves you worries and can spread the cost. I have always done this. Love my Honda Jazz, a Great reliable car and nice to drive. I would recommend Gatwick Honda.

Diligent, friendly Car dealership which provide fantastic support toward great maintenence of your Honda. Recently had my MOT done there and was provided with a detailed video and commentary regarding exactly what needed doing.

Purchased a used car in May. The service I received by stuart was great. He was honest about the service I'd get. It just had a mot today and passed with no advisories. Service and staff are streets above any other car garage and showroom I have used ( and that’s a lot ) …. hopefully stick with them next year when car is due for renewal.
