TUI Holiday Store

Booked my Holiday last week, staff were friendly and helpful and gave me all the information I needed to feel confident on going on my first flight by myself !

Absolutely awful service. Went in to get currency on the Monday, staff were unsure of whether they had last done their order. Stood waiting around whilst 3 clueless ladies try to work it out. Was then told I would be called within the hour when they knew. 4 hours later, I had a voicemail saying they needed to order it in. I just needed to pop in Tuesday or Ring and tell them that I definitely wanted. That is fine. Went in on Tuesday at 12pm, said my name etc, explained I needed it by Friday. Lady told me she would definitely be ordering it and I could collect Thursday. Went in on thursday at 12pm, all staff clueless yet again. No one had written my name down, let alone ordered anything. I was going away on the Friday which they knew because I explained my urgency several times throughout the several trips I had made to their store that week. Therefore, I will never use this Thomson store again unless they change up their staff for some people with attention to detail and a slight bit of customer care. This service is shocking. I am in disbelief how hard it is to make an order. Do your job. May I mention, how un-busy it was in store on all 3 occasions. Luckily the post office were on hand to help out in my time of need.

Samantha Costi was so helpful. Helping me find and book my holiday with my family. Nothing was too much for her, she went above and beyond for me. All booked smoothly, quickly and has been on hand to answer any further questions I have had since booking. Excellent customer service. Thank you, will be using again.

Staff are always helpful and friendly!! Pippa, lynne and all the ladies are very welcoming whenever i have visited the shop, even if they have all been busy they are always polite and say that someone will be available as soon as possible, the longest i've had to wait is about ten minutes and they were very apologetic about it! The ladies are always friendly and they seem to enjoy booking the holidays as much as i do!

Great hotel spoilt by not enough restaurants for the number of guests.TUI Reps conspicuous by their absence at Malaga Airport especially airside. Absolute chaos with total lack of information about 2 hour delay.

Booked a holiday with Pippa . So friendly and knowledgeable about Disney . Found a great deal . Can’t wait to go . Also will be booking again with her in the future
