We booked Dewitt to replace a carpet at my elderly parents home,and we are so glad we did!The customer service was superb.Sandra was our point of contact and was outstanding .They gave us an excellent quote,turned up on time and Sandra turned up with the fitters to make my elderly parents feel at ease as they had met her before.They even did a couple of extra small jobs not on the invoice for which my parents were very gratefull.If more company's dealt with their customers as well as this the world would be a better place.Thank you Dewitt flooring 5*service!

Let us down just 1 week before floor fitting date agreed long before, flooring suddenly no longer available (and after postponing already once the fitting date). Going to move everything in storage now and going to have to mive anyway and stay with no flooring for a while as everyone is busy with such a short notice.
