CrossFit Retford

Crossfit Retford is an amazing place. It is the only thing that I have stuck to, and that has worked for me. This is because of the support, laughter, and fun. All exercises can be scaled to your ability, so they are achievable. The support and guidance in technique is invaluable and group workouts are a safe and enjoyable session. Rosie and Ben are fantastic coaches who are friendly and approachable. Crossfit is for all levels and is a great community.

The coaches Ben & Rosie are not only incredibly knowledgeable but also supportive, tailoring workouts to individual fitness levels.The variety of classes keeps things exciting, and the community vibe is unmatched. I started my CrossFit journey as a boy and and as time progressed with the guidance of coach Ben and Rosie I have became a man. From gains in strength and sex appeal I feel if you want the edge on life you need to CrossFit and if you’re gonna CrossFit then you should CrossFit Retford. 10/10 would recommend to a friend

I can’t recommend CrossFit Retford highly enough. As a beginner I did a three day trial and was welcomed and helped by Ben and Rosie who are brilliant coaches. I decided to sign up straight away because there’s something for everyone, a friendly and welcoming environment and support for those at every level of experience.
