Appreciate other people have had bad experiences with this lot but mine was really positive! Despite the fact they’d initially forgotten about my appointment today (04/11/20) they had someone out to me within two hours of them realising their mistake. The engineer that attended was absolutely fantastic and had the heater element in my oven replaced within fifteen minutes of arrival - a really friendly guy who clearly knew what he was doing. Happy that they got it done in the same day and before COVID-19 lockdown part 2!

I have a BEKO hob, what is leaking from the valve. My gas engineer cut of the line, because it's can blown up. I phoned BEKO services, what referred me to sales and services. I wish they wasn't!Them engineer" rocked up 5pm without the right tools 4 weeks ago and not wearing any mask.The allocated time between 9-6.He told me he is here to check

I had seen mixed reviews but thought I would give them benefit of the doubt. I had an appointment for someone to come and have a look at my fridge/freezer. I phoned on Monday to ask if I could move my apt from the Thurs to the Weds. They kindly agreed this would be fine, told me I would get a text message the day before to advise of time frame. I didn’t receive this text. I phoned them Weds morning to enquire roughly what time of day the engineer would be coming (I do appreciate they can’t give exact times) I was advised it would be afternoon and I’d get a phone call 30 minutes before. I phoned again at 4pm as I hadn’t heard anything. Was advised they were running late and he would ring me back. No phone call and no one turned up. Not impressed at all, very poor communication and just not turning up is a disgusting work ethic. I am a nurse and I’ve wasted a whole precious day off. I will not be contacting this company again and I’d advise anyone else to be very wary.

Friday evening the 5.2.21 my mothers Siemens washing machine wasn't working properly problems being, wasn't heating the water, kept washing but not stopping, wasn't spinning and wasn't draining the water. Following day Saturday at 10am on recommendation I called the company and spoke to a very helpful person who informed me that an engineer would be visiting my mother at about 1pm but I would get a call in advance. At 12.50 pm the engineer called and said he was on his way. Engineer called and fixed the problem. I would definitely recommend this company.

Poor communication between staff. Engineer didn't wait as requested before entering the flat of my elderly grandmother. He didn't greet her politely. He obviously just wanted an easy day saying the fridge is fine and didn't need repairing. But ordered a part just incase. I had to chase the company re repair. The engineer phoned my Grandmother instead of me causing her unnecessary stress as communication should come through me, unsure how they got her phone number. For the 2nd visit to fit the part I was suppose to be first appointment of the day and to expect a call between 7am-7.30am. I had to phone at 9am and they said he was on another job. The office said the engineer lived there but he confirmed on arrival he didn't leave anywhere near. He wasn't happy I asked him to sanitise his hands before entering the flat. Office staff huff and puff down the phone when I have to chase them up and deny the above issues. Luckily I didn't pay as the item is in manufacturer guarantee still.

Had an engineer booked for one day. I called three times to Service and Sales Bedford, each time being told he was en-route. Never once called me back, and then engineer failed to arrive. Rang the service manager the next day, promising a call back. Never happened. Rang them again today, another false promise made, and no call back. Now they have switched their phones off twenty minutes before the scheduled close time. Disgraceful behaviour, downright lies.

They came out to repair my elderly mother's washing machine and only charged for the call out. It only took a few minutes but Bosch had quoted at least £100. Thanks for your good quick service

Appt booked for Monday morning. Phoned at 1.30 and was told that there was a delay due to unforeseen problem but would be there in the afternoon. Waited in all day. No show and no contact. Rang Tues to see what was happening. Was told he would be there Tuesday and would ring 1/2hr before arriving. I said it would have to be after 4pm. They rang at 2.30 and were 5mins away from house. I said I wasn’t able to get there until after 4pm. He said he could do Wednesday am. No one turned up at 2.35 or after 4 pm or Wednesday. Rang Friday and was told that my husband had told him to go away until after 4pm. My husband said he hadn’t spoken to anyone.Decided not to pursue this anymore as obviously not professional enough to sort things out properly. Lost a days leave at work for Monday. Thanks Service and Sales for your indifference and thanks to the gas engineers for lying and lack of professionalism. More respect for your customers needed. We pay your wages!!!!

Service & Sales were appointed by the manufacturers of my cooker to carry out a minor adjustment. They never turned up on the assigned day, nor did they even call to explain or appologize. Against my better judgement I made a further apointment for the following day. Once again, no show and no communication.

I have used the service twice in the past few weeks. Apart from from needing to try a couple of times to make my initial contact I found nothing but polite and helpful service from start to finish.
