Royal Mail Oxford Delivery Office

I am outraged to receive all my letters at once!Today, 03/11/23, royal mail courier delivered no less than 12 letters, at once. Some of those are dated from the 13/10/23, and some of them are extremely important letters. Hospital letters requiring a confirmation before the end of October/ clinical patient requiring assistance/ building construction committee discussions.I have never seen such a pathetic courier delivery! We have electric bikes, motorcycles, and minivans, but Oxford royal mail is worse than under development countries where I was receiving my letters in time... it is intolerable.It NEEDS TO CHANGE NOW.

Please Please Please sort the terrible postal service out. Its not fair on homes, businesses, and the postal workers who are stretched beyond their round sizes. The postal service is TERRIBLE at the moment. The only items we get are parcels, letters and large letters take DAYS to arrive. I am trying to run a business and supplies I order take far too long to come.Sometimes we only get letters twice a week. Its absolutely unacceptable.I'm sure the postmen/women are sick of annoyed customers asking where letters are etc. Help them out!!!!!

The recent delays are enormous. I am getting 4-5 parcels form Ebay banded together once per week, instead of the day promised by the sellers.

Should have been open at 12 midday on Thursday... But handwritten note on window said 'Come back later we're closed'. No reason, no time.... Useless. Schedule of hours was randomly taped over with packing tape... Is Royal Mail actually a company??

Postal worker graffitied on a letter sent to my grandparents which arrived over a week late claiming the address I wrote was incorrect. They have lived there for 5+ decades and the address was correct. If the Postal worker can't spell Wootton I'm not surprised they don't know where it is

Haven’t received post in over 5 weeks and I’m due a new bank card and hospital appointment letters so it’s had a very bad effect on my day to day life and the customer service team are absolutely useless it’s gotten to the point where as far as I’m concerned royal mails behaviour has been nothing less than criminal and the quicker this company collapses the better and add the fact they have just joined forces with EVri (the worst courier service in existence) makes me terrified to think what is going to happen to any of my future Mail and deliveries

The gentleman at the counter was so lovely and efficient! I had to send a letter but didn’t have a printer at home, however with just the QR code everything was done in less than a minute! Very kind service :)

I paid 11.15 for next day delivery for my Granddaughter - this was Monday 21 and it still has NOT been delivered and it is now Friday! Cannot talk to anyone and the check/track has been telling me the same thing for 4 days!! This is the 2nd time Royal Mail has let me down on the same parcel!!! IF ONLY they were as quick on delivery as they are to take your Money!? Post to Code: OX2 86HW!!!!

The royal mail are a joke no post in OX2 7UF this I was a due a delivery on October 27/28 it's now November 2 and no post yet they moan about there pay and conditions
