One of the highlights of spending a holiday on this glorious coast is the taste of Ian White's baking. He's perfected the bakers' art. His doughnuts are luscious and doughy, stuffed with strawberry jam. His almond tarts are a delight. The bread, of course, is not like ordinary bread. As for his raisin buns ... What can I say? His secret, apart from top quality ingredients: time! You can't hurry the process when your standards are as high as Ian's. He opens Wed, Fri and Sat mornings from 1030.
