Have always found Ellie very patient and helpful. I was supposed to have my annual hearing test but first of all my ears were checked for ear wax and they were found to be excessive so hearing test was rebooked for after I had come back for ear wax removal. Must mention the receptionist was also most helpful.

Ellie, my new consultant at Cambridge, was very very good. She sorted a couple of things I had trouble with in my first six months - intrusive ambient noise, and also suggested smaller plastic domes which fit snugly inside my ears, so enabling the wires to sit closer to my head. She is very attentive, and charming.

The Hearing test was very good indeed - very professional and comprehensive - most impressed. The Otico Hearing Aid that Itried was amazing but at £3299 way too expensive for what wasinitially supposed to be a pensioners special hearing aid". My pensionwon't stretch that far."
