Jump Inc Sheffield

Have been to Jump many times, and the toddler jump sessions are great for our kids. Guaranteed to have happy/ tired children!However, I wouldnt recommend grabbing food if you have young kids. Unfortunately, every time I come and order food (simple - tea cakes, hot drink) it takes forever. Today, I ordered 5 tea cakes and cheese on toast, and I had to go and check 25 mins later. I was told we are literally doing it now". 10 mins later the food came out as I went to follow up again. My 3 children said thank you for their tea cakes

My son and his friend came here yesterday taken by his friends mother, she booked them in for 2 hours and was meant to be meeting them once their time was up.. they were told to leave after an hour, I am disgusted by this they were in a city they don't live in and had to wait for his mother 45 mins before being picked up. They are 13 years old, had paid for 2 hours yet only recieved an hour.

I like this place, super friendly staff, staff supervision in each area, enough space, food available and a lovely atmosphere. Ideal for any age . My toddler loved it.

Good fun for the kids , food bar , party venue , can sit and watch them play although there is a couple of spots where they go out of view and it’s a bit dark towards the back, can take in your own drink , loud music playing , kid seem to love it , need to purchase socks to bounce £2.50

Brilliant birthday party, our party host Binny did an amazing job, sorted everything for us and the kids had a great time.

First ever time at a trampoline park. Booked in advance, and didn't have to wait before entering. Had to purchase branded socks for use on site, but can be re-used. Good selection of areas, courses and trampolines to play on, and wasn't overly busy during our visit so plenty of time to bounce. Really enjoyed the assault course and the big jump also, and for my first ever go felt very safe at all times. Would like to try some of the other things such as the Ninja course too next time.Food was a bit pricey for what it was, but all in all a fun activity for all the family to enjoy, and would visit again in future.

There is good and bad. The kids love the place but there are some serious health and safety concerns. There are not enough staff walking the floor which means kids can do what they want and jump in inappropriate ways endangering themselves and other children. I’m sat in the place now looking around and can’t see any members of staff.The kids are excited, full of sugar and excited to bounce so you can’t really blame them.It takes ages to get booked in as they only seem to have one member of staff on the front desk.The place could do with a clean.However the kids love it.

The kids have loved the actual place but the food service was shocking. Waited nearly 1hr for food to be brought out. Then brought out half of the order. We had to go and ask when the rest of the food would be out as the chips were all going cold, to be told....soon. The whole lot should have been sent out together instead of which the chips were cold by the time the pizzas came.
