100% recommend!! The jewellers and brilliant as it’s a family run business and great bunch alhamdulillah and I wish them all the success inshallah. Bought my wife’s gold which was impeccable. However also got a diamond double ring made with two weeks notice after being led astray by another jeweller and they had the ring made in under two weeks and my oh my the ring was gorgeous! Prices are fair and quality and service on point. I’ll be back soon inshallah.

Extremely good service from all the staff at this store. First time we visited we rang beforehand to ask if they were stillopen since it was quite close to closing and they still served us to the highest standard and kept the store open for us. The owner was absolutely amazing. No pressure at all to buy and allowed me to look at so many different styles. The most amazing customer service throughout it all. I cannot stress how incredibly kind the whole team is. Even after purchasing I have visited for maintenance and every single one of the staff members has helped me and solved any issue. We travel all the way from Wales to the store for a reason. I carefully selected what business to purchase my gold from and I’m so pleased it was from Karat Goldsmiths. Amazing service. Can’t thank them enough. Can’t wait to come again. Definitely give them a follow on Tik Tok too!

Bought a ring from here today, service was a 10/10 even though they don't offer warranty, they said if the ring ever looses stones or anything like that, they'd replace the ring. So pleased. Very good price too!

Really very disappointment and frustrated. Totally scammed.Bought these nonsense Cartier inspired bangles, hollow (which I guess is fine, ok I accept that) but to have these filled with WIRES and not be told of this, to also be charged the rate of gold for 5 grams of wires is absolutely insane, unethical a total and fraud.AVOID THIS PLACE.The bangles I bought were hollow, I knew of this, but wasn’t aware or even told that inside there was at least 5 grams of copper wire. Being hollow; they dented very quickly so I took them to repair, couldn’t be done, so took to another jewellers to exchange and get rid of, where they then checked inside and lo and behold over 5 grams of copper wire that I paid for in gold rate.Came from London after hearing good things about this place, absolutely awful and really feel like a fool for even going there.

Amazing service.I live nowhere near where the shop is situated so I ordered my new ring over the telephone.The gentleman I spoke to went above and beyond to make sure I got the right size. Sent images of my item. Was incredibly attentive and responsive. My item arrived a day after ordering.I will be shopping from here again.Thank you :)
