Flow Studio Pilates
This year I will be ten years into my RRMS diagnosis and I'm devastated I didn't find Nicola sooner TBH. After my first session I noticed huge improvements to my gait and coordination and have been booking in weekly ever since.Nicola is an incredibly knowledgable, passionate and highly competent Pilates teacher, her love for the discipline and skill as a teacher is instantly obvious and I cannot recommend her enough!
