My congratulations to the owner and chef of this restaurant. It makes Yeovil a better place to live. The food is just amazing!! It's like having a piece of Japan in the middle of Somerset.

The restaurant was dead quiet when we walked in on a Friday evening, which wasn’t great to see. Waiter was friendly and attentive although did feel like an inconvenience towards the end of the night when the chefs came out and seemed waiting for us to leave. We ordered one of the set menus which was really lovely and although there was quite a few ‘courses’ of food and it was of really great quality I don’t think it warranted £38 a head. The food was really tasty and it was great to attempt to eat with chop sticks. However if you want something to fill you up, I would suggest going elsewhere..

Very nice meal with my family. Well spaced out tables felt Covid safe. Service very attentive. Food quality excellent. We had a number of set menus and I’d like to try other dishes next time.

Excellent night out for dinner, staff really friendly and helpful to those who weren't too sure on what things were. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for some great food and a place to get together. Very impressed 5*

What a fantastic place.... We love japanese food and sushi and so glad we found this little gem... The food is excellent, best we had for a long time... All at a reasonable price.This is a small restaurant in a relax atmosphere and great staff. The tasters set menu are a great idea...We drove a hour without knowing what we would find... I am so glad we did and we will go back despite the 2 hours round trip...

I had a surprise birthday meal here. And entered as a Sushi and Japanese food virgin!.All I can say is just wow!!!, absolutely beautiful food.We had Teriyaki Duck and it was the best duck ive ever tasted.Friendly Staff and the service was great.I can now say im no longer a sushi and Japanese food virgin.Look forward to coming back soonThank you Daniel Sushi.

I am normally not a fan of sushi but after tasting some sushi I thought they where rediculicly good. The duck teriyaki is also very good and fits in like a glove. Would come again.
