I ordered two framed prints from Sarah Louise Interiors. The clip at the back of one of the frames was bent out of shape, and caused the picture to fall off the wall which damaged the frame. I contacted the company via email and was offered a replacement clip. In all honesty, what use is a replacement clip to me , I won’t know how to attach it to the frame but I accepted it and mentioned that the real issue was that the clip caused the damage to the frame. I received an unpleasant reply stating that all they were willing to offer me was the replacement clip. Such a disappointing experience, when a company sells luxury goods (my frames cost €400) customers expect a decent level / minimum level of customer service and goodwill. Even a small gesture would have been appreciated. The frames chipped and the overall experience has left me unable to enjoy them.
