Worst tour operator for Loch Ness & Highlands Day Tour. We have buy one tour from this operator and we reach on time early in morning and they refused as they do not have space for baby and when we asked them refund than they said that you have to send mail and than our team investigate and than they decide what to do. Till now we have not get any refund from their side neither received any mail. I highly not recommend this operator for any tour in your edinburg tour or any other tour operated by this operator
