Visited Washington store this week, lucy was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable when asking questions on flooring and carpets. She made us feel very relaxed with no pressure to buy, fab service will be back again!

1 star as I cannot give 0. Appalling customer services, ordered a stair runner over 3 months ago and the job is still not complete: incorrect measurements; incorrect quantities and a fitter wanting to show up at 7am. I've attempted contacting Carpetright but I never get a phone call back regarding my unfinished stairs. I will be advising people to avoid in future and go elsewhere.
