EOS Surveyors came highly recommended by our mortgage advisor. Their communication and service was excellent, and the surveyor Hannah picked up every detail in the property, including a broken external boiler pipe that we had missed, and non-traditional roofing structure, both of which we had extra surveys and checks carried out before we agreed to exchange on our property. I would 100% recommend them for anyone needing a Home Buyers survey.

Great service from EoS. Would highly recommend them. Pricing is very reasonable. We needed a full survey done quickly on a property that was going to Auction. I phoned on the Tuesday morning and left a message with the administrator who thought the surveyors might be fully booked for a while. However, Dawn phoned back promptly and arranged to squeeze in a survey for us the next day. Dawn did a very thorough review and was able to give us some immediate feedback. She then emailed through some written follow up later that evening which was perfect for our needs.

We approached Dawn after we got a reference for her from one of our local Facebook pages, Dawn is a very passionate person who takes her job seriously, as soon as she discovered there was an insurance claim on the property we are intending to purchase she postponed the survey and made sure to get the insurance paperwork before she went in to do it on the new date. She also recommended we do a level 3 instead of a level 2 so that we get an in depth picture of what we are getting ourselves into.The level 3 survey was done in great detail and also contained the remedial costs for current and potential issues.She was very thorough with her approach and very firm in her investigations by questioning the seller on the works they have carried out in the property and collected all the right information and evidence for ourselves. She was very helpful with our follow up call and honest in her approach about assessing this situation and the way forward.Dawn is honest, patient and straightforward and that’s something which is very important for us as first time home buyers.
