Order boxed oatcakes. First one turned up with a staple in. Secon with two bits of plastic. Would definitely avoid at all costs. Cook your own.

I loved the double oatcakes with beans, cheese, tomato and egg. Got some extra oatcakes to take away to have another day. Would definitely call here again. Wish I lived closer.

Ordered from here 2x breakfast box double to receive 2x standard breakfast box which were both stone cold. Phoned up and all that could be done was a complimentary item when we next order. Which won't be happening. Very poor service. For the price it's scandalous.

I use these couple of times a month for a couple of bacon and egg sandwiches, and it is great. The sandwiches were lovely no problem.

Ordered 2x breakfast box double to receive 2x standard breakfast box which were both stone cold. Phoned up to be told there wasn't any drivers and all that could be done was a complimentary item when we next order, not really complimentary when we've already paid is it! needless to say we won't be ordering from them again. It was way better before when you could phone up and order for delivery, now you can only order for delivery through the app and to add insult to injury, it's going to cost you a lot more, poor service and now over priced

I normally try to speak to someone when I'm disappointed in something but after going there multiple times and telling them no tomato because I react with stinging and blisters appear in my mouth (its a mild allergy in the grand scheme of things). It's like someone has made a mistake and then realised by scooping it off, which I'm sure for most would be OK if they don't have an allergy. Also I understand portion sizes are being reduced due to costs of ingredients but when you start going 18months ago and a portion of black pudding on the beast was 5 slices it got reduced to 4 now its reduced to 2 chopped up into halves it would be nice to be informed or at least given the option of either paying more for more slices or told what you were getting. The cheese filling has reduced also I'm guessing that's down to the price of the cheese again understandable. Don't misunderstand me in my complaints, the food is gorgeous from here I'm just thinking a little more communication would be better its starting to remind me of the size of the Mars bar in the 80s compared to now

I purchased 5 dozen oatcakes as I now live out of area. I got them home I couldn’t believe what they had put in my carrier bag half of them are burnt and not fit to freeze. I would have taken them back and asked for a refund however I never checked and when I got back to Wales where I now live it was too late. Never again will I purchase from there. Worst oatcakes I have ever bought.

Best oatcakes in the area. Don't get me wrong, would have them use a different cheese but that is just personal preference! Always get them delivered and the staff are so friendly and happy to help. When we put a big order in, they always make the effort to put names on each box to make sure they're easy to hand out when they get to the office.Thanks guys!
