Ordered ubereats from them and they’re literally just running a scam where they tell the driver to ask you for the pin and then just don’t give him any food. Not just awful service but literally just criminal and now my flat are short £20 without even low quality to kebab to show for it.

Be careful. With chairs that look like this, I worry about the cleanliness of the kitchen and safety of the food.

Not sure the sausages were good enough for animals I couldn’t give that to my child, sorry to say they just want the money and run. No disrespect but one delivery driver is creepy. Won’t use them again

If you are looking for a quality kebabs or burgers etc... look no further, I use to live near by Charcoal Grill over 10 years ago move to east Bristol it was to far for me but I got sick of trying to find a decent jucy beef burger or quality chicken burger that not bought ready from whole sale same junk everywhere, though to try my old favourite kebab shop and waw took 10 years back got a selection of 2× beef burgers, one chicken burger + garlic mayonnaise + kofte wrap and chips guss what I wished I doubled the order it was simply amazing I will probably go back there tonight again.

Disgusting lamb for more than £12, it must be off because it damaged my stomach on Friday night and I'm still sick in the toilet because of their off meat.I wish the owner and the people that served me the same stomach pain and issues but x10 times stronger.

Went there to order some food which should have been £14.80. turns out I was charged £17.80 even though he said 15. An extra 20p doesn't bother me but 3 quid is taking the Mickey.These people are deliberately scamming those who they think are drunk. As I had purchased 2 meal deals, drinks were included. The guy at the counter looked as us as though we were scum for asking for the items we paid for. The portions are tiny and they are trying to screw people over. The food quality was below average. BEWARE THESE PEOPLE WILL TRY AND OVERCHARGE YOU FOR SUB PAR FOOD AND AVOID GIVING YOU WHAT THEY OVERCHARGED YOU FOR.

Been here a few times over the years and it’s been fine but tonight had the most soggy chips I’ve ever had from a takeaway (like undercooked oven cooked chips, not even one crunchy chip in the whole serving). Chicken wings average. Unfortunately won’t be going here anymore, lots of other places to go on Gloucester Road.

Very upsetting experience. Accidentally did not pick up my phone for delivery for 2 minutes and the delivery driver began screaming at me. I received the veg options but possibly the worst food I've tasted. I'm not sure how its possible to make fries taste repelling but they managed to do that. Really a waste of money and energy. McDonalds would have been better unfortunately.

my girlfriends loveee cheesy chips and gravy after a night out and always telling me to try. So tonight was the night, i decided to give it a go. Service was nice, my friends, being regulars, had plating preferences which was no issue for the server, he even offered his personal preference — Chips first, followed by cheese then the hot gravy. £17, and 5 minutes later we had our chips in hand, happy days. We got back to our house, only a few minutes down the road, and finally i was going to find out what the big deal was! I had high expectations to say the least. Presentation is never an issue for me, but it wasn’t off to a great start, anyway i dived into what tasted like nothing. The chips were so undercooked and the curry sauce was lacking. My friends — who know what they’re talking about said it was the worst experience the have had. I’m not one to complain but i was really looking forward to it and now i’m disappointed.

A great late night takeaway! I used to think the Grecian Kebab down by the arches was the best on Gloucestershire rd, but this one is better (particularly because you actually get the sauce you ask for!)Good stuff, lovely kebab & chips, thank you!Edit: please note the photo is some way into the kebab, it was bigger!
