English Blinds

Just put our new blinds up and we are so pleased with them. We were a little nervous about measuring them ourselves but the online guide was easy to follow and they fit perfectly. They were very easy to put up, are great quality and we love the colour and pattern. Would highly recommend this company and fabulous to be able to buy British made blinds!

received my blinds today 3 and a half weeks after purchasing. Blinds themselves are great and look great but customer service and the experience I had isn’t the best. Placed my order 25th of Aug , then a week later my order got placed on hold (i hadn’t been contacted by customer service about this or why this was), so i emailed them asking in which it took several days for them to send a response back telling me the colour i picked had been discontinued and to pick another one , which i did.. another week/9 days goes by for me to receive yet another email telling me the second colour i picked had also been discontinued (please keep in mind both of the colours i picked are still being advertised on the website and have not been removed)… So i picked my third colour and luckily nearly a month later my order went through and I received the blinds today. Shame really as I planned on buying all my blinds for my new home from there to match my new one but i’m worried to wait a month again. Note : this was not a cheap order either , it was close of £200. I had no privacy in my living room as I had nothing up at the window in preparation for the blind not knowing it would take so long.

I have ordered a vertical blind from English Blinds and I am very very pleased with the quality of their service. Price was lower than many other places I looked.I’m recommending English Blinds to anyone looking for a quality product with affordable price.

Easy to order and very good quality blinds, but their service is terrible. The blinds were 3 days late, there was no communication from them to inform me, so I had to chase them several times. I wouldn't have minded so much if it wasn't for the exceptionally rude customer services representatives, one of whom told me in a huffy voice They are ONLY 3 days late!!!' As if I should count my lucky stars they were not 3 weeks late. I would give them a much better review if they just had nice

Great blinds! Bought my 2nd blind recently, both are over 270cm long, no seams in odd places, easy to install. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent product perfectly manufactured and it fitted exactly as ordered. The 50mm Venetian blind arrived promptly and was well packed. I have now ordered 2 more with more to come in new year. Thank You.

Best customer service around! We received our custom blind at the end of last year and the quality is amazing. I was sent samples of the fabric when the one I had hoped for wasn't available in the large size I needed without a join (2.5m), once chosen the order arrived so quickly. My other half broke the roller chain recently (no fault of the product), Gemma was beyond helpful in arranging for a new one to be sent with full instructions for me to fix. I would not go anywhere else for blinds, customer service is beyond amazing!

Absolutely hopeless. Still not recieved my order and completely mislead me about delivery dates. Horribly defensive customer service, would never buy from them again. Had to make a claim through my credit card provider. Definitely avoid.

Fancied a change from horizontal blinds to vertical blinds . Searched the internet and shops to find exactly what I was looking for . Asked for samples of our chosen blinds , loved the quality exactly what was needed to brighten the home and windows . Measuring was tricky at first but now mastered . Easy instructions to hang them and my neighbours have remarked how beautiful and modern they look. Now our last order has been placed to complete rest of the house . Just love them excellently made and packed only a few weeks after ordering they will arrive at your door . So pleased with the end results so thank you very much English Blinds for us being extremely happy customers . Received our last 3 blinds which are in place and perfectly made .
