I used a large national IT support company previously but moved to Cosurica to get better service. What a great move. They now look after our hardware supply, IT support, network requirements, internet, backup and annual health check. Good job guys.

Very disappointed with the service received. This company did some work for me refurbishing an old PC which involved wiping the hard drive. I was assured all my data would be saved and provided to me on a portable hard drive. The data included family photographs going back years and there was no other backup. The photographs were not copied to the hard drive that I received. When I discovered this I notified Cosurica and was told not to worry they also had saved the data to their own server and I could call in to get a copy. I was assured the data would be preserved but when I called a couple of months later was told the server had been overwritten and all the photos deleted. I received no prior notice that this would be done or any apology for the omission in providing the data initially. Obviously the photos are irreplaceable. It is concerning that a company would treat personal data in this way - I would suggest people think very carefully before trusting this company with access to your personal or business IT data.

The team at Cosurica have been our IT partner for four years. The service they provide is excellent, they are responsive and easy to talk to. The first server Cosurica installed for us in 2011 suited us well until about 2 years ago.
