Gunns Pharmacy

This pharmacist went above and beyond to secure meds that are in real short supply nationally after many others said they couldn't help. So so helpful and understanding. Now my nominated pharmacy for all future needs!

UPDATED REVIEW: Definitely recommended! Myself and y partner recently had medicine issued at Gunns and also another local pharmacy and Gunns comes out on top every time!Visited my GP at 1pm, had all I needed when I walked in at 3pm - super efficient, polite and attentive staff. Really recommended :) Will definitely use Gunns for repeats :)-------------ORIGINAL REVIEW: I can't comment on the dispensing of meds for Gunns, but after being ignored at a big high-street pharmacy nearby, I popped into Gunns with a question and was quickly greeted by a super-polite staff member who offered up several solutions/ideas - including a free way of treating at home.Good first impression and I'm sure to pop by again :)

I rarely write reviews but after being told by several other chemists that the item on my prescription was no longer obtainable, Gunns ordered it and supplied it to me within 48 hours. Excellent service and very pleasant staff.

Having been pretty much ignored at the bigger chemists, even told that the meds I needed weren't avaible, even to be ordered, I went to Gunns. Not only did they have some of what I needed, but also ordered in what they didn't have. The pharmacist couldn't have been more helpful, friendly and understanding. Five star service, Thank you.

tried to collect a prescription here emailed directly through their address by the prescriber, had to have that done 3 separate times and they would not answer phone calls either, seem to feel laboured at the very thought of dispensing medicines

I have asked questions regarding my prescription to be told they weren't listening and weren't sure how to help. The question was regarding dosages and on alternatives which is what my GP asked me to do. I had to go and ask about alternatives to a difference pharmacy who were equally confused on why the dispensing pharmacy couldn't assist. Second time this happened.

Was initially prescribed the wrong medication by my doctor, go back 2 days later with the wrong prescription still sealed exactly as it was put in my hand for the miserable woman to open it and then decide they have a rule where it should have been returned within 30 minutes. I clearly stated it had been 2 days so why open it if this was the rule?

This pharmacy are so good to me.My meds are delivered every week, without issue.Urgent antibiotics came out on the same day. Very happy with Gunns.

TERRIBLE! The service at this Pharmacy has taken a NOSE DIVE in the 6.5 yrs I've been using them! Lately I have to chase up EVERY prescription (I have 12 meds) -- ALL sent online directly from my GP. They have a range of excuses from It was out of stock

Changed chemist as they lost my meds once and had to wait 2 days to get my meds a few times as they were doing everything but surving customers
