Wow, what can I say. From the moment I enquired about the mattress to the moment it was delivered, the customer care I received was amazing. Heatons is where I will be doing my furniture shopping from now on, if you are reading this, you have no reason to look further. Special shout-out to Carolyn who is a credit to Heatons :)

I picked a reasonably priced sofa set (a 2 Seater and a 3 seater) I absolutely love them. The whole process was swift and well managed. When my sofas were delivered, the two who delivered couldn't do enough for me, they were great! I would highly recommend.

Great service from Lee and the team from Heatons when ordering some furniture from John Lewis / West Elm for a new house. The items arrived immaculately packaged and exactly as described. Fantastic value and good communications with them throughout the order, and ended up adding a few items after my original order. Will definitely be back!

I was looking to buy a bureau cabinet from John Lewis but was hesitating because it was nearly £700. So I browsed to see if I can find it cheaper anywhere else. Found exactly the same model at Heatons for less than half that price. Although it was advertised as ex display, I was happy to accept small imperfections for the huge discount. It arrived about one week later, to my surprise it was brand new, in mint condition and all wrapped up in the original John Lewis packaging! Delivery boys were helpful and polite too, I got 2 texts before the delivery telling me the delivery progress. I couldn’t be more happier with this order and strongly recommend them.

I had my eye on a particular West Elm sofa for AGES but it cost far above what I was able to spend. That sofa became available at Heatons at a 71% discount from the West Elm price and although I wasn't due to move for a few weeks, I was able to purchase my dream sofa and to communicate with Heatons about a shipment date a bit in the future. The sofa came wrapped and protected with room-of-choice delivery (via the excellent Handy Jack Furniture) up three flights of stairs. It is immaculate and the most beautiful piece of furniture I have. Thank you, Heatons!

I bought recliner sofas from Heatons. Overall very satisfied. Price is in accordance with the product quality. Service is good, always quick response. There was incompatible power cable received in the order but issue was resolved promptly. Overall satisfied with the service and product. Only downside is no insurance available in case product doesn't work after sometime otherwise everything is fine.

Delivered quickly. Ex-display La-Z-Boy, 2 seater sofa, 2 automatic recliner armchairs. Great condition, excellent service and price, saved nearly £5000. Absolutely thrilled with my buy.
