Alan surveyed a house for me in Tring. Alan’s friendly manner and attention to detail is excellent. He also spotted some problems, that would have been very costly to fix had I bought the house. I would definitely use Alan again for the next place and would recommend.

Alan gave a very prompt response to our request for a survey, which was carried out within a short time frame. The resulting report was detailed with photographs, giving us a very clear indication of the state of the property. He promised the report the same day ....and delivered (on a Friday evening!)..Although we did not meet Alan, we were impressed with his services and would recommend him wholeheartedly.
