I use the after school club and they are a god send! My little boy loves the ladies. They really care and have so much fun with the children. Highly recommend, I'm sure the day nursery is the same.

The team here are truly amazing. They have made the whole process so easy and will take out as much time as you need to discuss any worries you might have.I love the feedback at the end of the day and look forward to hearing about everything he has done.All the girls are so kind and really care about all the children and my son loves talking about all of the ladybird staff when we are home.Their menu is great and it has made it a little easier at home with trying things he didn't always like to eat.

My daughter goes to first friends nursery. She absolutely loves it the staff are lovely and very professional.My son also goes to first friends afterschool club it's all he talks about even on the weekends!.Highly recommend.

I can’t praise this nursery enough had my boy in from just over a year old until 4 and only leaving due to a house move they supported and encouraged him so much and helped him become the bubble bright and kind boy that he is today was also very supportive of myself when there had been issues with his father and the separation.Best nursery ever he’s made a bond with so many there it’s a shame I can’t send my girl their too as I know she would be in the safest and most caring of hands

My little girl has gone to the nursery since she was 8 months old and I can truly say its a fantastic nursery in everyway. It was a huge step putting her into nursery as it is with most parents I expect. But from the early days to now the girls are so attentive and so caring. Her development has come on masses due to the hard work and time the girls spend with her. Everyday I pick her up she's bursting with smiles and everyday she has eaten a well balanced diet. I couldn't thank all the girls enough for everything they do for her, each and everyone of them are amazing at in there own way. :)

First friends is a brilliant Nursery and out of school club, both my children attended the nursery and now both go to the holiday club, all the staff are kind,caring and always cater for their individual needs, my children love first friends, thank you all!

Absolute brilliant nursery my little girl has been coming since January and she has come on so much since then.. this nursery is absolutely outstanding and as a whole! I wouldn't dream of sending my daughter anywhere else. from the menu to the compassion of all staff I as a parent couldn't ask for anything more.

Before my gorgeous little baby was due to go to nursery I was anxious about even going to view anywhere as it would mean leaving him with strangers. I can honestly say that as soon as we walked in to view it (pre lockdown) both my husband and I felt truly at peace about the place and people running it. I can say that my little boy has now been going 4 times a week for a few months and has settled in extremely well and loves going. The members of staff that help to look after him have always been professional, friendly and supportive and have been extremely patient with me being a bit of an anxious first time mum when leaving him there. I couldn't tell you how it compares value for money wise as once we visited we were not remotely interested in viewing anywhere else, however I have friends that do pay more for nursery fees although they are in different areas of the city so may not be comparable. As far as our decision to take our child there goes, there are absolutely no regrets and we highly recommend to friends and other parents.

Our daughter loves going to nursery here, staff are always friendly and she has come on in leaps and bounds. We had to use a nursery earlier than expected due to my mother having an accident but they staff were very reassuring and our daughter fully embraced it!

I'd highly recommend first friends nursery, my son loves it and I feel very confident leaving him there. Each morning he walks in happily without looking back. The staff are friendly and get to know each childs likes, dislikes and personalities. I noticed a real progression in my sons development once he started there.
