Review of a Reiki session with Natalie. I’m energy sensitive and Reiki practitioner.First of all, was put as ease as the hand positions were demonstrated, and she checked verbally for each. The other stages of the session were then laid out.During the session I received the light show, reds, indigo blue and some white. I felt the Reiki energy flow to me throughout the session, with different sensations of heat, and ‘white/cold’ energy – this is the high-frequency ‘good stuff’.Skipping to the highlight – the throat and heart hand positions was just amazing – an OOB, out of body experience. I was still on the Reiki couch, but I no longer felt Natalie’s physical touch – an incredible warmth washed through my chest - it felt as if Natalie’s hands had merged with my body. If you know Star Trek Voyager, it is probably like joining the ‘Great Link’! Felt blissful. Honestly cannot describe how amazing it felt. My heart felt warm for the next few hand positions after she had lifted off.At the end of the session, Natalie intuitively identified that my Sacral Chakra needed some TLC, she moved some Crown energy to the Sacral Chakra by balancing. I felt very sleepy once the session had been completed.Felt lovely and chilled for the rest of the evening, had a bit of ‘Healing crisis’ in the next day or two – vindication and confirmation the session was beneficial.I recommend booking with Natalie!
