Awful, awful shop with rude staff. I went into buy something and the staff were sat behind the counter eating and ignored me a a couple of minutes, then I was asked to wait a couple minutes then they just went back to eating. After a couple of minutes I was told to speak to another guy who was in the aisle stocking shelves. I told him what I wanted only to be told by him to wait a couple of minutes again then he went back to stacking his shelves. In the end they didn't have the tank I wanted but tried everything to get me to buy a more expensive one and lied by saying it took the same coils that I already have at home, which it didn't. I certainly would not recommend this shop at all. Probably only in business as its the only vape shop locally.

It is a vape shop , now the name has been changed . The new name is best electronics newcastle ltd. You can also buy electronics things , shisha and mobile phones with assessories.
