Techsmart Felixstowe Phone and Computer Repair

I would give this -5 stars if possible. We took a phone in for a simple screen repair as it was cracked. We were given an estimated time of 3-4 days for the repair. After a week and a day we get a phone call saying they had messed the phone up even more. Broken the volume button and tried to fit a wrong screen which messed the device up even more. They refused to pay for a new phone/ damages stating 'we weren't the ones who broke the screen'. Terrible customer service. I wouldn't even reccomend this place to my worst enemy its so bad! Any business that provides a service should have a level of decency- they couldn't even provide this. Utterly abysmal, unacceptable and rude!

Excellent friendly service. Collected phone, fixed the screen and returned to me all in a few hours. Highly recommended this company.

If only all small businesses were as good as this guy, Fabian has just moved his business and I’m sure his customers will follow. You can drop your phone off at 2pm and at 6pm there is a knock at your door and Fabian delivers it to you. Can’t do enough to fulfil a customers dreams. I wouldn’t go anywhere else

Overpriced, had a couple of screens fixed over the years and ended up with more problems within a day of receiving the phone back. Both times the guy was on holiday so never got a refund or the problem fixed. Won't take another phone there.

Wouldn’t be fair to say do not EVER use because I can see some good reviews on here, but personally I wouldn’t use these or any in Felixstowe. So I took my sons phone in for battery replacement last week, was very quick service. Once my son got his phone back we realised the battery was still draining very quick, so messaged the owner to which he responded, then I replied and explained what we had done and explained what the phone was still doing, but to this day I still haven’t got a response, which I find very unprofessional, just seems like they’ll take your money but not actually try and help and get to what the problem is.

High quality friendly service! Had iPad screen replaced no issues at all. Good price and delivery service during lockdown. Have recommended to others too. Keep up the great work!

I’ve been here before for phones and never had an issue. Took a laptop there that wasn’t charging. Did say I hadn’t checked the charger and it could be just that. Turned out to be just the charger and it cost me £50 to diagnose this and order a new one. Did message the owner to query it got one reply but not to my follow up….And whilst there may not have been any in stock I find it hard to believe there wasn’t another one in the shop to test if it was the charger. If £25 is the going rate to check that then I must have got it wrong. And that doesn’t excuse the not getting back to me the second time round…

We had been having trouble with our Samsung phone, ( even went to the Samsung customer support shop and it still wasn't working ).5 minutes with Fabian at Techsmart and the problem was solved.fast, very reasonable price, and right on our doorstep !Would recommend as a first choice
