I highly recommend Grants Removals & Storage. We used them for our house move. They were very professional, answered all queries we had, were extremely careful with our belongings, made sure not to touch our newly painted walls, and worked with a smile on their face all day. Couldn't have asked for better service.

Everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly. On the day of the move the guys were very helpful and kept cheerful even though they were facing a late, long drive home. I would certainly use them again and have no hesitation in recommending Grants. All in all they made a very stressful day a lot easier.

Scott was honest and accurate with his estimate, of what was required for our move. The moving day went well with the team, who got us moved smoothly - Ian, in particular was very courteous and calming.

We used Grants removals for our house move in March ‘23 and were fully expecting to experience issues similar to other people we’d spoken to. However, we had no problems at all. The whole process was so easy from the initial quote to move day. Clear communication, flexibility with move dates, swiftness of lifting our furniture and many boxes to the rebuilding of items like sofas and beds. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Scott and Carol in the office were amazing at coming around to give us a quote and sorted out for our whole house to stay on one of the trucks for two nights as our rental was not ready to move into at last minute. The girls who packed up the house did it so quickly very impressed! And all the removal men were fantastic, polite and worked so hard. They are all a fantastic team and I would absolutely recommend to anybody. Thank you all!

We moved from KT14 to GU24 in May-23. We chose Grants Removals based on a recommendation from a local removal company who couldn't fit us in.I found Grants' office team was very prompt and responsive. The quotation (based on a 10-min onsite survey) was competitive. (I found the full packing service was really worth it. )The move took place over two days. Two staff visited and packed away most of household stuff and our garage by 2pm on the first day. They were very pleasant, well-presented and professional throughout.In particular, I have to commend one of the member for not packing our keys away (from the kitchen drawer) while we were busy with other things. Apparently, he kept it away separately, just in case! I really do appreciate his kind consideration and trade knowledge such as this.On the second day, a larger crew and another truck arrived on time. Everything was made to look very easy and smooth.At our destination, everything was delivered and placed in the room. Everything was finished by 3pm. Again, the team was very pleasant and professional.Everything arrived here safely, and finally unpacked with no problem. (Thanks to sensible labelling on boxes)I can't recommend Grants Removals highly enough. Our big thanks to the team and we hope to use them again in future.
