Cherry Hill (Freeman Homes)

We are currently in the final stages of purchasing our first home, and our experience has been absolutely fantastic. Throughout the entire process, Jo has gone above and beyond to provide us with support and assistance. Their friendly and helpful approach has made the journey smooth and enjoyable. We would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a home.

We've been interested in moving to the village for a few years and were excited to see building work start, but a bit concerned about how the estate would end up looking. We didn't know at the time about Freeman Homes, or that this was one of their new sites.Most new sites going up around Herefordshire seem to cram in so many houses, all looking the same. So it was a surprise to find Freeman Homes were building so few homes on this lovely little estate, and with so much detail in the plans - not only in the houses, but also in the landscaping between and around them. We met with Jo, who was incredibly helpful from day one - and we've found nothing has been too much trouble ever. We've met with Jo loads of times since, her knowledge about the homes, the site, the build process, the choice of all the interior detail is amazing. She has been so supportive, and loads of fun too!Watching the houses being built from start to finish has been fascinating (the builders and site manager have been superb) and now it's such a lovely little estate, even better than we had imagined.While each house is obviously 'related' they are all unique, each slightly different, and all beautiful.We love the eco features - car charging, solar panels, air source heat pump, underfloor heating, individual room thermostats, and the landscaping really finishes it off beautifully.Freeman Homes have a couple of other sites of new homes in Herefordshire - Fownhope, St Weonards and Credenhill - I don't think anyone could wish for a better build quality, or friendly helpful service than we've experienced.Huge thank you to Jo, who is an absolute star.

A lot of thought and attention to detail in terms of the development itself, home features, and sustainability. Jo has always been extremely helpful and accommodating when we have visited. Fownhope is one of the loveliest villages in this part of Herefordshire, and a great place to live having a couple of shops, two pubs and leisure complex.

We have been helping clients with the purchase of a property in Cherry Hill and have dealt with Jo in the sales office on many occasions during the process. She is a pleasure to deal with, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. Our clients are very happy with their beautiful home and any little snagging was dealt with straight away.
