2 Stories exhibited extreme unprofessionalism and poor customer service. The event I was attending was marred by their delayed arrival, as they were found indulging in drugs on the premises. Their subsequent aggressive behavior and refusal to refund the deposit highlight their disregard for customers. Avoid this establishment at all costs. If there was an option to rate this place with zero stars I would!

My friend booked here for her baby shower and the management were sat inside taking drugs eventually answered the door was aggresuve to my friends partner. Do not go to this place they take your money and are very unprofessional

Absolutely appalling service from this place. Cannot actually believe how unprofessional this business is. Turned up for a Baby Shower and the staff were to busy taking cocktail drugs completely ignoring us all stood outside waiting to get in. When they finally decided to come out and acknowledge us they were very abusive and unprofessional when confronted. Avoid this place at all costs. I am very surprised this place gets any business at all.

Very unprofessional. Doesn’t pay staff or business’ who supply good service.I heard about a baby shower and when the 27 women arrived they pretended to not answer door because they was indulging on drugs on a Sunday afternoon
