Terrific prices and plenty of choice. HP available if required, helpful but not pushy staff. Only downside is the waiting times for delivery up to 10 weeks which was the same as their rivals next door. But we did buy here after looking at several other places and got an extra discount when we purchased a second suite. Open until 8 pm and plenty of parking.

Was served by a guy called Rich.Really helpful and friendly, not pushy at all. We purchased a Lazy boy suite, it was super comfortable and my parents have had theirs years so we it's going to last. We then got an extra 20% off a new carpet for upstairs. Great deal. Great service. Highly recommended.

It obvious I know but needed a new settee, I did look around as right by ScS there were other outlets for settees.After checking carefully I decided to purchase from ScS for me in my opinion the quality and prices it suited my needs.The staff were not overwhelming and I browsed around without intervention. I found this a present experience.When I did need assistance the staff were very helpful and friendly, and very informative about the stock. There expertise was excellent. I'm very pleased with the service and purchase.

BEWARE - Just had to pay a £60 parking fine for spending Black Friday shopping at ScS and the other stores on the retail park. Spent a day looking for new sofas, carpet and flooring, having a coffee at Costa and picking up a few bits in B&Q. We were in the retail park for over 4 hours and hadn't been aware that there was a limit. If we had been aware we would have had to leave before placing our order with ScS for nearly £1500 of vinyl flooring. We shan't be shopping at Cardiff Gate Retail park again. We will go to Cribbs.

Excellent from start to finish. We didn't feel we were being harassed and we were left to have a good look around at all carpets. Advice was well received .Ordering was easy and we had everything explained fully. Measuring up went without a hitch. Impressed that the guy covered his shoes before entering. The store was happy when we returned with a colour chart for paint to check with the carpet colour. Paying for the carpet and arranging a date for fitting was no problem . All staff were very polite and courteous.
