Hollywood Nails

Had my nail done again today and as always so pleased thank you! Just wish I could add a photo as my nail are done so beautifully Just as I ask for then to be done!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The worst experience of my life. The 2 ladies that spoke to me were so rude, the older one kept pulling my arm and had 0 patience with me when I had to adjust myself in my seat. No sense of people’s skills whatsoever. When coming to make the payment the younger lady was also very rude, I was nothing but polite and calm however she had a stinking attitude when my payment was not going through. F***ing horrible place will never ever be going back.

All of my nails are wonky, the paint has chipped off after under a week and it took 3 hours to do a simple set of acrylics. I had booked an appointment and turned up 5minutes before, however I was not served until 50minutes after my appointment!! It’s ridiculous. Don’t take bookings if you have no one available to work! I’m really disappointed and dissatisfied with this service and I will not be returning here.

Been going here for years now. Always a great fast service. They are always willing to do exsacly the same designs. They also offer the best pedicure with the massage chairs xx

I always have been attending this nail salon I have never had a problem with anyone the staff is very polite and friendly helpful. Is very safe and clean at all times

It’s better customers are not allowed to book because even if you book and be there at the actual time it will take a long time for someone to attend to you. That’s what happened in my case for the very first time I went there. Also, I requested to do pedicure as well but for some reason the lady who did it and most of her colleagues acted so funny when I went to soak my feet. It’s as if she doesn’t want to touch it coz my toe nails are a bit tiny. She grumbled a lot and all the workers stared at me and it was really evident she was saying awful things about me even in her language. I felt so funny. As if it was a punishment for my toe nails, they serviced other customers before me but I kept quiet and said to myself that I will never go there again.They actually did well in both pedicure and manicure but they have poor body language. I might be wrong anyway.

I recently visited Hollywood Nails for the first time, and I must say that it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted by friendly staff who made me feel welcomed and at ease. I knew right away that I was in for a treat.The salon itself is beautifully designed, creating a relaxing and serene atmosphere. The ambiance is perfect for unwinding and indulging in some much-needed self-care. The attention to detail in the decor and cleanliness of the salon was impressive and immediately put me at ease.

I am a regular customer, but wasn’t happy with the service I received last time I went there. I had a design on my nail and a bit of paint must’ve smugged off the males hand onto my nail. After he put it under the light I noticed it and told him about it.His reply was it’s too late as it’s already dry and he couldn’t fix it.After having my nails and toes done paying £85 for the service I would’ve expected a little bit better for his reply.Think it’s time to try a different nail shop.
