Great service for tha same day, awesome people work with!

Very very unprofessional and poor service;I had my driver's side front window replaced by Diamond Autoglass. Three days later it was making a horrible cracking sound when the window went up or down.I messaged the guy who came out to do it (who I also think owns the company as it's his phone number on the website) and he said he would come and have a look at it. When we tried to arrange a day, he was busy.A week after the job had been done, with him still not fixing it, the glass shattered when I was driving and went everywhere inside my car. I messaged him and explained what had happened and asked that he came to replace it (obviously for free) the next day. His response was to say I had done it with my hand and it was my mistake. Once I convinced him that there was no point in me breaking the glass myself to have it fixed again he eventually agreed to come and fix it the next day. However, the next day, he had changed his tune and told me it was nothing to do with him and repeatedly said it was my fault.It just so happens that his card machine was broken" when he did the job so I had to pay cash so it's not even traceable if I want to report it. He came with his Dad to do the job and his Dad looked completely confused by the work

is it normal for people who changed the windscreen? why did they break the paint?

They gave me a same day appointment and did an amazing job. Nice operator, friendly and professional technicians. I definitely recommend those guys.
