Rent North East have been amazing in the search for our first home together; their communication was excellent, they have been super helpful, friendly and patient throughout the whole process, Jack is absolutely fantastic we cannot recommend him enough!

I am highly recommend Rent North East to those landlord who is looking for a good letting agent. They are reliable, systematic and professional. I appreciate always being updated from them that making me peace of mind, especially their staff - Jack who I work with, he is extremely efficient, responsible and knowledgeable , I have the most impression that he had carried out a thorough inspection after collection of keys and a report had been sent to me within a couple of hours after the inspection, the report was very detailed to listing out all the defects of inside and outside the property even the roof, then he managed to bring my property back to safety and normal conditions with economical costs, making everything complied with the regulations and found me a tenant, those things could be completed within a short period, it's really give me peace of mind, he always know what landlord wants !

Another great experience with Jack and Rent Northeast. Property purchased on Friday, RNE listed it on Zoopla on Sunday, hosted viewings on Monday and had found me a tenant by Tuesday. Much better than Craig David. All done during the holiday period too. Thanks as ever, Jack and team.

Rent north east managed my flat for almost 7 years and I cannot fault the service in that time. Day to day I was confident the tenant was being looked after, repairs sorted swiftly and at reasonable cost and generally things were very hands off for me which was great. A superb management team, thanks all.I therefore trusted Jack and his team when it came to selling the property. It wasn't the easiest of sales but Jack mediated tough situations between parties professionally and I'm delighted to say the flat has now been sold.I would highly recommend this team for property management and sales.

Really helpful people and very fast to get back to you. Everyone I spoke to or met is friendly and professional. I also liked the online application system as it made it easy to get everything sorted and sent off from home without having to go back and forth to an office especially when being busy at work etc. Definitely recommend!

Jack and his team are the best property managers we have worked with. He always goes above and beyond. Rent NE is always proactive, responsive, and take initiative. You can truly trust them to do a great job. It is the only property where we don’t need to worry about the management company. I wish they could manage our other properties in other areas of the country. I highly recommend all landlords in the area to work with them!

EDIT: I need to provide a robust response to some of the issues raised in the reply to this review:Firstly, such UK property owner guarantor- only requirements are clearly discriminatory, and have been condemned as such by Shelter, the UK's leading housing charity. They are in fact due to be specifically banned by law in the upcoming Renter's Reform Bill announced in the King's Speech. Claiming they aren't discriminatory shows a refusal to critically think through the effects of such a policy or consider the opinion of expert organisations.Secondly, I notice that RNE have not provided a nondiscriminatory reason for such a policy. Frankly, this is because they can't provide such a reason.Thirdly, I discovered and notified RNE of the mistake we had made on the application before any credit checks had been carried out. In fact, they took the unusual step of asking us to pull our own credit file, meaning our credit check did not cost them anything. RNE told us to proceed with the checks anyway even after I told them of our error. Any claimed loss they suffered was undertaken with full knowledge of our mistake. Their implication that we did this on purpose is, to borrow a phrase, defamatory and deserves a robust response".Lastly

I have been dealing with a lot of letting agents recently and by far Rent North East is honestly the best. These people do not waste your time and get the work done ✔️.I requested an online viewing and I got it, then when I showed my interest in renting the property they made all the steps clear and finished the process in few days. I just had a worst experience from ANOTHER letting agent (unresponsive and poor maintenance works). I decided to look for another letting agent that are professional.I chanced upon Rent North East and after reading all the positive reviews from other landlords and tenants and Jack is so responsive in answering my queries, I decided to entrust my property to RNE.The service from Jack and his team is beyond my expectations. Although, the previous letting agent has did a bad job for the maintenance, Jack is very professional and help me to fix it and found a new tenant. Thanks Jack.
