Maria is a very rude work coach, also I had Hannah, she made rude comments too but mostly nice on most appointments. The manager is decent to talk to and resolve issues fast, so is the customer service team, also they should be called CV22, not jobs 22 because they only wanted to edit my CV for a whole year but no jobs referral.

Don't bother calling the customer service number!You'll get hung up on before they've even tried to answer.First attempt was waiting 5mins before it disconnected.Tried 3 more times, all being disconnected" 10 seconds in.Can't contact my work coach as they're on annual leave and there's no way to contact anyone else at the branch."
