Village Vet Southgate

Such a friendly bunch of people and they even managed to slot me in on the same day with just an hours notice. The fact that they called my cat very handsome has nothing to do with this rating! Thank you guys xx

I’ve always found whatever branch of village vet I’ve taken a pet to to be thorough and confidence inspiring. Staff have always been polite, caring and good communicators. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that it’s a bit expensive compared to other vets. I would advise pet owners to have pet insurance for complete peace of mind.

Don't bother, take too long to answer the phone, charge too much, if you have insurance form, that doesn't get processed ASAP, I was told to process the form it take 2 weeks or longer depends on the nurse, customer service really bad, receptionist clueless.

Great vet. Fantastic communication and services. My dog has been a patient for 3 years and they make him super comfortable.

I take the dogs there for a lady, they are great, kind caring and very helpful would highly recommend...

The vet was very informative and kind she was so understanding and explained everything so clear and well as I have ADHD she made me feel so comfortable and even though I interrupted her many times she wasn't aware of my condition and she was still very patient and understanding I will never go to a different vet again. The receptionist was also very kind and attentive, unlike medivet which I had a very bad experience with, she was completely concentrating on what I'm saying and not interacting with anybody else or not pretending to listen thank you I will definitely definitely recommend this vet to anybody I know thank you

The turnaround of vets is the issue for me .. new vets every time I visit .. also prices are extortionate.. but treatment always good if you are happy to pay their prices .. receptionists lovely ..

Just had our male cat neutered this week and everything was perfect and quick, the guy came back home a few hours later as if nothing really happened to him, you can see the he has been taken proper care by the professionals who work here, highly recommended, will come again, thanks for taking care of our Tigris

The veterinarian and nurse were both brilliant, can't fault the care and service provided I wish they had a holistic section attached to this vet service and if the prices weren't so expensive too. Most people can't afford vet fees, if they were cheaper maybe or if they had an NHS type of service, where wealthy people donate funds to help those that cannot afford vet fees, that will help pets get the treatments needed.
